FAQ
Do I have to pay a deposit?
A 25% non refundable deposit will be charged to secure the date and time for your photo session.
When will my payment be due?
Payments need to be received in FULL the day prior to your photo session, otherwise your photo session will be cancelled.
What forms of payment do you accept ?
Credit card/ debit card, PayPal and cash payments are accepted.
When should I expect to receive my digital images?
Please allow up to 14 business days to view your digital images from the date of your photo session.
Can I purchase additional digital images?
Yes, additional digital images can be purchased.
Where will my photo session take place?
Photo sessions generally will take place at an outdoor location in the Greensboro area. However, studio sessions are available for an additional fee.
What if I Need to Cancel my Photo Session?
Life happens. If you need to cancel your session, please let us know as soon as possible. While deposits are non-refundable, they may be applied toward a future photo session scheduled within (3) months of the cancellation.

Should the Photographer need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll have the opportunity to reschedule your session. If a new date can’t be arranged, your deposit will be fully refunded.
What is your availability for Photo Sessions?
Photo sessions are currently offered on Saturdays and Sundays. To ensure the most flattering light and optimal photography conditions, outdoor sessions are best scheduled outside of peak sunlight hours. Midday, outdoor sessions between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM should be kindly avoided.
